Trainer Launch is a product of Thryve Growth ("we", "us", "our"). Trainer Launch provides an AI-powered marketing platform for fitness coaches and creators. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Thryve Growth is the data controller responsible for any personal information processed through Trainer Launch.

Information we collect

Information you provide

• Account information — name, email address, password
• Business information — your challenge details, audience, offer, voice samples, and other inputs you submit through our intake
• Uploaded assets — images, videos, and brand materials you upload
• Payment information — processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers

Information collected automatically

• Usage data — pages visited, features used, timestamps
• Device and browser information — IP address, browser type, operating system
• Cookies and similar technologies — for authentication and basic analytics

How we use your information

• To generate personalised marketing assets using AI
• To operate, maintain, and improve the platform
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support
• To publish content to connected third-party platforms at your explicit direction
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your content to train AI models.

Meta Platform integration

Trainer Launch integrates with Meta (Facebook and Instagram) through Meta's Marketing API to help you create and manage advertising campaigns. This section describes what Meta data we access, how we use it, and your rights.

Data we access from your Meta account

When you connect your Meta account to Trainer Launch, you authorize us to access the following on your behalf:

• Basic profile information (name, email, profile ID) used to identify your account in our system
• The list of Facebook Pages you administer
• The list of Meta Ad Accounts and Business Manager assets you have access to
• Instagram business accounts linked to your Pages
• Ad campaign performance data for campaigns we create on your behalf

We do not access your personal Facebook posts, private messages, friends list, photos outside of Pages you administer, or any data unrelated to advertising operations.

How we use this data

• To create, schedule, edit, and report on advertising campaigns in your Meta Ad Account at your explicit direction
• To upload creative assets (images, videos, ad copy) that you have reviewed and approved within Trainer Launch
• To attach campaigns to the correct Facebook Page and Instagram business account
• To display performance metrics back to you inside Trainer Launch

We do not sell your Meta data, share it with advertisers, use it to train AI models, or use it for any purpose other than the advertising operations you initiate.

Storage and retention

Meta access tokens are stored encrypted at rest in a secure vault provided by Anthropic (our AI infrastructure provider). Tokens are refreshed automatically via Meta's standard OAuth refresh flow and are deleted within 30 days of you disconnecting your Meta account or deleting your Trainer Launch account.

Campaign metadata and performance data are retained for the duration of your account plus 90 days for billing and audit purposes, after which it is permanently deleted.

Third-party processing

To generate ad copy and creative briefs, content you provide (your challenge details, voice samples, offer information) is processed by Anthropic's Claude AI service. Anthropic does not retain this data for model training. Your Meta access tokens are stored in Anthropic's vault infrastructure but are not visible to Anthropic personnel and are used only to authorize API calls you initiate.

Your rights

You may at any time:

• Disconnect your Meta account from Trainer Launch via Settings → Connected Accounts, which immediately revokes our access token
• Request deletion of all data Trainer Launch has stored about your Meta account by emailing privacy@trainerlaunch.app or visiting our data deletion page
• Revoke Trainer Launch's access directly from Meta at: facebook.com/settings → Business Integrations

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

Other connected platforms

The same principles apply to Google Ads, Klaviyo, and Duda when you connect them: we access only what is needed to perform the actions you authorize, we store tokens encrypted, and we delete them within 30 days of disconnection.

Data security

We use industry-standard security practices including encryption at rest and in transit, scoped access tokens, and access logging. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.

Children's privacy

Trainer Launch is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

International users

Trainer Launch is operated by Thryve Growth from the United States. If you access the platform from outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US. By using the platform, you consent to this transfer.

Your rights (US, EU, UK)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@trainerlaunch.app.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
