Data Deletion

Trainer Launch is a product of Thryve Growth. You have the right to request deletion of all data we store about you, including any access tokens granted to connected platforms (Meta, Google Ads, Klaviyo, Duda). This page explains how.
How to request deletion
Option 1 — In-app (recommended)
Log in to Trainer Launch, then go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. All your data — including access tokens, campaign history, and personal information — will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Option 2 — Email
Send an email to privacy@trainerlaunch.app from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile and login credentials
- All Meta, Google Ads, Klaviyo, and Duda access tokens
- All AI-generated drafts and challenge content
- All performance data and campaign history
- All uploaded images, videos, and brand assets
- Billing records older than the period legally required for tax and audit purposes
What is NOT deleted
The following are not stored by Trainer Launch and therefore cannot be deleted by us:
- Campaigns, ads, emails, or web pages already published to your connected platforms — these remain on those platforms (Meta, Google, Klaviyo, Duda) under your control. To remove them, log into each platform directly.
- Payment records retained by our payment processor for legal and tax compliance.
Revoking platform access directly
You can also revoke Trainer Launch's access to a connected platform without deleting your Trainer Launch account:
- Meta: facebook.com/settings → Business Integrations
- Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions
- Klaviyo: Log in to Klaviyo → Account → API Keys → revoke Trainer Launch's key
- Duda: Log in to Duda → Account → Integrations → remove Trainer Launch
